Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ahh777" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ahh777.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "We," "Us," or "the Operator" refers to the entity operating the ahh777 platform.

• "Real Money Funds" refers to PHP amounts deposited by the Player into their ahh777 Wallet via approved payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

Eligibility

To register and use the ahh777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ahh777 platform or any other gaming platform operated by the Operator.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ahh777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ahh777 may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. If ahh777 discovers at any time that you do not meet these requirements, ahh777 reserves the right to immediately close your Account and void any pending bets or winnings.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on ahh777. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your ahh777 Account, you agree to:

• Promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.

ahh777 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you share your login details with another person, you do so entirely at your own risk.

ahh777 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ahh777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

ahh777 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a payment method on ahh777.

Bonuses & Promotions

ahh777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Funds before Bonus Funds become withdrawable.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ahh777 platform — including live casino games, slot titles, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

ahh777 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games and live dealer mechanics for live casino titles. All games are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ahh777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahh777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to ahh777 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ahh777 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ahh777 staff or other Players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ahh777 platform — including but not limited to the ahh777 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ahh777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from ahh777.
• Use the ahh777 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of ahh777's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data

Responsible Gaming

ahh777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ahh777 Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to six weeks.

Deposit and loss limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.

ahh777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ahh777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Termination

ahh777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure after written notice to the registered email address.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet (net of any Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ahh777 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Players who have a complaint about the ahh777 platform are encouraged to first contact ahh777 support to seek resolution. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Amendments

ahh777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ahh777 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the ahh777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting ahh777 support.
